Jocele Skinner, MD

Caldwell Clinic Director
Associate Family Medicine Program Director – Caldwell

Dr. Jocele Skinner was born in Nampa, Idaho and raised on a ranch in Eastern Oregon. Dr. Skinner graduated from The College of Idaho in Caldwell, Idaho, and then attended medical school in St. Louis, MO at Saint Louis University. The rural lifestyle and love of the high desert and sagebrush brought her back home to Idaho for residency. She attended the Full Circle Health Rural Track in Caldwell, and then stayed on to join the same medical group after graduation. She volunteers as the team physician in Homedale, the small farming town where she now resides. She has never been able to really give up ranch life, and her family has collected quite the menagerie of farm animals over the years. In her personal time, she enjoys knitting, cooking, reading, and gardening.
