Our Clinics

Since 1975, Full Circle Health has offered full service medical, behavioral health, and outreach services for families, infants, children, adolescents, teenagers, adults and seniors and are an active partner in growing a healthy community.

We serve our community by focusing on providing comprehensive health care to individuals and families. Human beings are the population we serve. Gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion or sexual orientation do not interfere, in any way, with the care we aim to provide. We support diversity, compassion, and our mission is to serve all. We constantly strive to make healthcare accessible and equitable to the underserved and vulnerable populations in our community.

Full Circle Health is a non-profit, federally qualified health center (FQHC) and is unique to also provide a Medical Residency which is commonly known as a Teaching Health Center (THC).

What is a Teaching Health Center?

Teaching Health Centers are the solution to the crisis facing primary care in the United States. Across the nation, fewer and fewer medical school graduates are pursuing careers in primary care – just as many working primary care providers are planning to retire. Teaching Health Centers aim to ensure a capable primary care workforce for low-income communities by providing training at federally qualified health centers and similar sites.

Research shows that residents who train in federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) are more likely to practice in medically underserved areas – and to feel more prepared to do so. A resident doctor is already a graduate of a medical school, licensed to practice, and trained as part of the graduate medical education (GME) program to take care of patients within the clinic and nearby hospitals. They must complete an extra 3 years of training in Family Medicine. Resident and Fellow physicians have supervision by our faculty Family Medicine and Pediatric physicians.

America’s Health Centers: An Enduring Legacy, Value for Today and Tomorrow

Our strong and enduring health center mission is a testament to the important past, present and future role of health centers in the nation’s healthcare system. Health centers began as part of the nation’s War on Poverty. Today, they have grown into the largest and most successful primary care system in the country.

Health Plan Transparency in Coverage

Full Circle Health complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing this link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
