Lauren Sweigart is a Psychology Intern at Full Circle Health, providing counseling and mental health support to patients in the Nampa, Idaho region. She creates a supportive space for patients to connect with what matters most, helping them process the impacts of what can’t be changed while finding ways to build meaning and improve wellbeing within what can.
Lauren was drawn to behavioral health through her longstanding interest in the mind-body connection, and she enjoys exploring how mental, physical, and emotional symptoms interact as part of a whole-person care team. She has practiced in Women’s Health, Pain Management, and Family Medicine settings, and loves tailoring interventions to each patient’s unique identity, experience, and point of view.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, cooking, trying out new crafts, and exploring the local area. Fun fact: she played soccer for 15 years growing up!
