Kat Braley is a Behavioral Health Clinical Intern at Full Circle Health, providing counseling and mental health support to patients in the Boise, Idaho region. She creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted, believing that healing begins by meeting people where they are. Her approach to therapy is individualized, honoring each client’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for meaningful change.
Kat was drawn to a career in behavioral health because mental health has personally touched her life and the lives of those close to her, giving her a deep appreciation for compassionate, patient-centered care. She finds the greatest reward in the genuine therapeutic relationships she builds with clients – helping them build confidence and gain insight they can carry with them beyond the counseling room.
Outside of work, Kat enjoys hiking, traveling, listening to music, cooking, skiing, and spending time with family. Fun fact: her parents had her on skis by the age of two and a half!
