How WE CARE Works for Our Community
The WE CARE Fund offers up to 90 days of essential medications annually, along with support items that help patients manage their health and stay independent. By giving ongoing support, we aim to improve health outcomes and reduce emergency visits, fostering stability and well-being across our community.
