Since 1975, Full Circle Health has been dedicated to offering comprehensive, full-service medical, behavioral health, pharmaceutical, and outreach services for people of all ages, from infants and children to adolescents, adults, and seniors. As a federally qualified health center (FQHC) and teaching health center (THC), we are unique in hosting specialized residency programs in family medicine, pediatrics, pharmacy, and psychology. These residency programs enhance the quality of care in our clinics by bringing fresh perspectives and the latest medical knowledge directly to our patients, making Full Circle Health a hub of advanced, compassionate, and accessible care.

Our commitment extends across diverse communities, including veterans who face unique challenges in physical and mental health, housing, and access to healthcare. By breaking down barriers, we support every individual and family in achieving healthier lives. Our mission centers on serving you, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, or sexual orientation. We proudly foster diversity and compassion, ensuring accessible, equitable care for underserved and vulnerable populations in our community.

What is a Teaching Health Center?

Teaching Health Centers are transforming primary care in the United States, training the next generation of compassionate providers ready to serve diverse communities. In these centers, federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and similar sites offer essential training, preparing new doctors for rewarding careers in primary care, especially in areas where healthcare is needed most.

Residents who train in FQHCs are more likely to continue practicing in medically underserved areas—and they feel well-prepared to deliver high-quality care in these communities. Resident doctors are medical school graduates who have already earned their licenses to practice and are now completing their graduate medical education (GME) in a three-year Family Medicine or Pediatrics residency. At Full Circle Health, our residents and fellows are supervised by our experienced faculty, bringing patients the expertise and dedication of a team passionate about community-centered care.

Health Plan Transparency in Coverage

Full Circle Health complies with Federal Transparency in Coverage regulations by providing this link to machine readable files related to the health plans offered to our employees. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data including negotiated service rates, and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers.
