Case Manager

Naomi earned her nursing degree at Boise State University. She started her career in the inpatient oncology unit of a local hospital, Naomi’s nursing experience also includes psychiatric nursing, hospice, and other case management positions. Naomi brings compassion and empathy to her role as a case manager. She is dedicated to providing patient-centered care and supporting all patients to access the healthcare services. When not working, Naomi enjoys camping and going to the park with her kids.
