Care Coordination Manager
Melissa is a seasoned RN with a Master’s degree and a long, accomplished career in nursing and case management. She’s done a bit of everything—from hands-on care to leadership roles to consulting across the country. Over the years, she’s created multiple programs for underserved populations that have earned national recognition, and in 2018, she was named Idaho RN of the Year.
Melissa has presented at countless conferences, published widely, and is especially passionate about care coordination and seeing patients’ lives truly improve through thoughtful, connected support.
When she’s not working, she loves to read, swim, cook, and ballroom dance. But her favorite way to spend time is with her family—especially her ever-growing bunch of grandbabies.
