Case Manager
Primary Location: Meridian Clinic & Kuna Clinic
McKenna is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her bachelor’s degree in social work from Northern Arizona University and her master’s from Boise State University. She is the first social worker to join the Case Management team — bringing a holistic, patient-centered approach that compliments the clinical expertise of the medical staff.
McKenna is passionate about helping patients and their families manage the emotional and social challenges that often come with health issues. She aims to be a warm, supportive presence and a helpful guide through the complexities of the healthcare system. Her experience includes working in a Senior Center, Outpatient Rehabilitation, and a Skilled Nursing Facility. She has a special interest in supporting older adults to maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
When she’s not at work, McKenna enjoys quiet time at home — cuddling with her kitten, painting, baking, doing puzzles, binge-watching comfort shows, or spending time with loved ones. You might also find her trying a new restaurant, enjoying live music, volunteering, or biking along the greenbelt.
