Dr. Joseph Holmstead grew up in Middleton and is happy to be practicing in his hometown. He is passionate about empowering people to change their health through lifestyle, and by exploring the emotional and spiritual roots of disease. He is a competitive cyclist and triathlete, and owns several llamas. He also loves chocolate ice cream.
