Case Management Coordinator
Primary Location: Nampa North Clinic, Nampa South Clinic, & Caldwell Clinic
With nearly a decade in child abuse prevention, Florina brings a trauma-informed approach to her role on the Case Management team. A certified HOPE champion through Tuft’s Medical Center, she continues to share her lived experience, knowledge of the impact of ACEs, and the importance of Positive Childhood Experiences (PCEs). As the co-chair of Idaho’s Thriving Families Safer Children Coalition, she works toward building upstream support for children and families to prevent children from entering the foster care system. Florina believes every child deserves a safe and loving home with access to quality care and education. She also serves on the board of Breaking Chains Academy, an Idaho community-based organization in Nampa that provides tutoring and mentoring services to local teens seeking to complete their GED to pursue college or enter the workforce. In her spare time, she can be found spending time with her family, out on the water (despite not knowing how to swim), or in a local bookshop with a stack of books in her arms.
