Resident Physician
Dr. Elise Cowley is a family medicine physician dedicated to providing care for patients of all ages. She combines her strong background in microbiology and research with her passion for family medicine to offer comprehensive, full-spectrum care. Dr. Cowley’s interests include reproductive health, addiction medicine, gender-affirming care, and critical care. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family. She is excited to serve the Boise community and support patients on their health journey.
