Full Circle Health follows evidence-based guidelines for COVID treatment and encourages COVID vaccination for everyone age 6 months and older. If you have an elevated temperature, or new onset of cough, difficulty breathing, congestion, or sore throat, please wear a mask at your appointment.

COVID-19 Vaccine Update | 2025-2026

Full Circle Health is offering the updated Moderna COVID-19 vaccine this fall.

Please note:

• While the FDA and CDC have recently narrowed their national recommendations, Full Circle Health will continue to make the Moderna vaccine available to all individuals who wish to receive it.
• We currently carry Moderna only; other brands (Pfizer, Novavax) are not available at our clinics.
• Insurance coverage for the COVID-19 vaccine may vary this year. If your plan does not cover the vaccine, you may be responsible for an out-of-pocket cost. *See “Out-of-Pocket Fees” below*

(The Flu Vaccine and Covid vaccine can be administered at the same time if you’d like to have both.)

Out-of-Pocket Fees

If your insurance plan does not cover the Moderna vaccine, you may be responsible for an out-of-pocket cost:

• Patients aged 12 and older = $141.55
• Patients aged 6 months to 11 years = $128.77
