Associate Behavioral Health Clinician
Caroline Caudill is a Licensed Master Social Worker at Full Circle Health with experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, PTSD, substance use concerns, and life challenges. She earned her master’s degree in social work from Boise State University and completed her internship at the Boise VA, where she worked with veterans and developed expertise in evidence-based trauma care, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Prior to becoming a social worker, Caroline worked as a Special Education teacher, supporting individuals with diverse learning and developmental needs.
Caroline takes a compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to care, integrating Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based approaches. She believes in meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, recognize their strengths, and work toward meaningful goals. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys reading, gardening, music, playing piano, spending time with loved ones and her dogs, and exploring new hobbies. A fun fact about Caroline is that she enjoys growing bonsai plants and is exploring the art of beekeeping.
