Title IX

Full Circle Health is committed to promptly responding to all reported instances of alleged discrimination and harassment involving our Residents, Interns, Faculty, and other staff members.

Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any school or any other education program that receives funding from the Federal Government. Title IX discrimination generally includes sexual harassment and sexual assault, and may include discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy status.

Who can report?

Anyone! If you are member of our Graduate Medical Education (GME) Community (e.g., resident, fellow, faculty member), you can use this link to [link]’Report A Concern'(https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/8VLFQQS). If you have a concern that impacts you, your program, patients, or peers, please report it.

What can I report?

Anything that you feel is concerning. This can range from concerns in the hospital to concerns about harassment, or work hour violations.

When I report, what happens?

All submissions are anonymous. Full Circle Health takes every concern seriously and will look at every concern reported. If you’ve provided your contact information, the GME office will follow up with you to get more information, ask questions and discuss a follow-up plan.
