Welcome to the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho – Caldwell program at Full Circle Health. Our mission is clear: train outstanding broad-spectrum family medicine physicians to serve underserved and rural areas, and to provide vulnerable populations of Idaho with high-quality, affordable care in a collaborative environment.
Established in 1995 as a Rural Training Track and anchored in Caldwell’s medical community, our program trains four residents annually in a setting that mirrors the full scope of rural practice. The results speak for themselves: 88% of our graduates go on to practice in rural areas — a direct reflection of our belief that the heart of healthcare education is service to others.
