Dr. Michael “Mike” Dialogue grew up in Nampa, Idaho with a family that cherished time together, spending as much time as possible riding dirt bikes in the desert, camping in the mountains, and playing games together at home. During high school, he also added drama and theater to his list of hobbies and was very fortunate to play roles such as Petruchio from Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew, Mr. Darcy from Pride and Prejudice, and The Beast from Beauty and the Beast. His mother instilled in him a deep love for learning and reading at a very young age. It was this combined with his passion for science that pointed him on the path towards medicine.

After high school, he had the opportunity of a lifetime to serve a two-year church mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to Hokkaido, Japan, where he lived and served in very isolated rural parts of Japan. Upon completing his mission he returned to Idaho to attend Idaho State University, and it was there where he met and married his wife. They have three young children, one boy and two girls. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree in biochemistry, he returned to his hometown of Nampa to attend the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.
His hobbies now include mountain biking as much as he possibly can, getting outside (often on bikes) with his wife and kids, reading, and going on adventures with them. He and his family are thrilled to be in the Magic Valley now to continue his training. They look forward to the new opportunities they will discover here and to meeting new people along the way.
