Dr. Marta Wooldridge grew up in Poland and graduated from the Medical University of Gdansk. During one of her summer breaks, she journeyed to Idaho for a work-travel program. She immediately fell in love with the Sawtooth Mountains in the beautiful state of Idaho and met her future husband Nathan. After graduation, Marta moved to Ketchum, Idaho where she married and started a family.
Before residency, Marta had an opportunity to complete student rotations with family medicine doctors in the Wood River Valley. This experience introduced her to the world of full-spectrum family medicine and inspired her to follow this path. Marta is extremely excited to join the Magic Valley Residency Program. In the future she sees herself working with rural and underserved communities, and being a beacon of health awareness.
In her spare time, Marta can be found outdoors exploring Idaho’s majestic mountains, biking, skiing, camping, and spending time with friends and family.
