Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine
Kayla was born and raised in Spokane, Washington with her older brother and fraternal twin sister, aside from a few years when they lived in the Caribbean. After graduating high school in 2017, she attended the University of Idaho where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in Spanish and Pre-Health Professions. U of I is also where she was lucky enough to meet her now husband, who was born and raised in the Treasure Valley. Kayla also spent much of her childhood in Idaho because most of her relatives live throughout the state, and she has many wonderful memories with them picking huckleberries, riding horses, and helping on her grandfather’s farm.

Kayla has always aspired to become a physician and after graduating from college, she attended the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine. This is where her love for preventative medicine grew, and she felt called to become a family physician and serve our community. She is very excited to continue living in the Treasure Valley and join the Full Circle Health Family Medicine Residency in Caldwell!
Kayla has many interests within family medicine but a few that she is most passionate about include women’s health, mental health, rural medicine, and lifestyle medicine. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, traveling, reading, and trying new foods. She has been to 30 countries so far and can’t wait to explore all seven continents with her loved ones.
