Meet Dr. Bronwyn Butuk, a family medicine resident with a commitment to serving her hometown of Meridian, Idaho, and addressing the state’s need for primary care physicians. Raised in Meridian and a graduate of Rocky Mountain High School, Dr. Butuk pursued her undergraduate studies in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of San Diego before returning to Idaho for medical school at the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Driven by her desire to give back to the community that raised her, Dr. Butuk chose to remain in Idaho for her medical training. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive care to her patients, recognizing the importance of accessible healthcare in her community. Within family medicine, she has a special interest in women’s health, lifestyle medicine, and pediatrics.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Butuk enjoys exploring Idaho’s outdoor offerings, particularly through trail running with her husband Zach, and their dog, Oslo. She also enjoys cooking, watching Survivor with her family, and walking on the Boise Greenbelt with friends.
