Brandon Limas, DO

Dr. Brandon Limas has a keen interest in aholistic approach to medicine. He is a firm believer that the mind, body, and spirit work together and are important to an individual’s health. He is passionate about providing comprehensive care and empowering his patients to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Dr. Limas pursued his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Dr. Limas furthered his education by earning a master’s degree in biomedical sciences from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in El Paso. He then achieved his medical degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine in San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Limas dedicated two years to serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ecuador, where he discovered his calling to medicine and learned to speak Spanish fluently. During his mission, he developed a deep appreciation for diversity and the importance of communicating on a personal level with the people he cares for.

Dr. Brandon Limas was born and raised in El Paso, Texas, where he developed a passion for sports, particularly excelling in basketball. At the age of 14, he had the unique opportunity to play basketball in Italy, an experience that provided a strong foundation in teamwork, discipline, and passion.

Now, Dr. Limas is thrilled to be away from the Texas heat and to embrace the great outdoors of the Mountain West. He enjoys spending his free time mountain biking, camping, working on DIY projects, and listening to an interesting audiobook. Dr. Limas is also a proud father of two wonderful children, Lily (9) and Jack (5), who keep him busy and bring immense joy to his life.
