Application Process:
Applications will be accepted via ERAS beginning September 3rd, 2025, with a deadline of November 1st, 2025. The Nampa Residency Program is a separate ERAS application process and match from all other Full Circle Family Medicine Residency of Idaho programs. We are doing all our interviews via a virtual process. We recognize that this has positives—lower cost and time spent on travel— but also has the negatives of not experiencing the community in which you will live and learn. We believe an all-virtual process will decrease the potential for bias that may arise from seeing some applicants virtually and others in person. We do know that many of you may want to see our community and we will have a separate team that is not involved in the interview or ranking process that can provide you with a tour if you happen to be in town. Please reach out to Esmeralda Espinoza, program coordinator, who will be the contact of this team to schedule a tour. After we conclude our ranking process, we will hold an open house/social in-person in January, as well as a virtual social / PD Q&A session.
We acknowledge that the changes to ERAS have added some additional complexity this year, so we want to be clear about how our program is planning to proceed. We will honor program signals in the application screening process, but we will not be utilizing geographical location preference at this time. Program signals will be considered only for the decision to interview and will not be part of our ranking process. Additionally, we believe in holistic review and intend to purposefully review applications which may lead to delayed interview offers. Thank you for your patience in this process.
