Natalie Camacho Mendoza, Owner of Camacho Mendoza Law in Boise, Idaho, has built a distinguished legal career rooted in public service and leadership. Born and raised in Pocatello, she earned a BA in Political Science from Idaho State University and a JD from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas. Her career began at Idaho Legal Aid Services, Inc., where she served as a staff attorney, managing attorney in the Caldwell office, and Director of the Migrant Law Units. She later practiced in Texas with Plunkett, Gibson & Allen LLC and Frank Rivas & Associates as in-house counsel for State Farm. Upon returning to Idaho, she joined Quane, Smith, Howard & Hull, LLP and Anderson, Julian & Hull, LLP, becoming a partner before founding Camacho Mendoza Law. She also led Camacho Mendoza Coulter Law Group PLLC before returning to solo practice. Natalie was recruited to serve as Director of Police Oversight for the City of Boise and temporarily served as City Attorney during a leadership transition, later resuming her oversight role before returning to private practice.

Natalie’s legal expertise spans litigation and appellate work across administrative, state, federal, immigration, and tribal courts, including appearances before the Idaho Supreme Court, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Nevada Inter-Tribal Court of Appeals. She is licensed in Texas, Idaho, the U.S. District Court of Idaho, the 9th Circuit, and multiple tribal courts. Her current practice focuses on Indian Law, Union Labor Law, and consulting on police accountability and leadership development. A lifelong advocate for equity, Natalie has served in leadership roles for numerous organizations supporting Latinos, immigrants, farmworkers, and communities of color. Her recent service includes Chair of the Board of Farmworker Justice, Director and Labor Caucus Member for the Equitable Food Initiative, Executive Leadership of the Treasure Valley NAACP, and Board Member of MoFi.
