Linda Clark, EdD

Linda Clark, Ed.D., has been a member of the Full Circle Health Board since April 2008, when she joined as a patient member. She has served in various capacities on the FCH Executive Committee and served two years as Board Chair. Dr. Clark is an Idaho native and career educator who had served students for more than 43 years when she retired in the fall of 2015. Her career included service as a classroom teacher, elementary principal, central office administrator, and 11 years as superintendent of the West Ada School District, Idaho’s largest and fastest growing district.

Dr. Clark has been active in community, civic and educational organizations, including service and leadership on the Board of directors of the Discovery Center of Idaho, Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA), the Meridian Chamber of Commerce and as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Boise Chamber of Commerce. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Capital Educators Credit Union (CapEd). Dr. Clark has received several gubernatorial appointments and is currently a member of the Idaho State Board of Education and the Governor’s Workforce Council. Dr. Clark has a B.A. from Boise State University, an M. Ed. From the University of Idaho, and an Ed.D. from the University of San Francisco.
