Heidi has worked in the healthcare and Medical Staff Services field for 42 years. Over her career she has developed her servant leadership abilities. Heidi has worked in academic centers, health systems, community hospitals, and health plans. She also consulted for a large healthcare corporation teaching credentialing and privileging in rural facilities. Heidi’s career has spanned the United States from West to East and North to South. Heidi served in various roles with the National Association of Medical Staff Services from 2006 to 2018 and completed a term as President of the Idaho Association of Medical Staff Services, which concluded in December 2025. Serving on the FCH Board has provided an opportunity to get to know the diverse and stimulating individuals with whom she serves. The FCH Board service responsibility also fulfills Heidi’s altruistic nature. As a transformational leader, Heidi recognizes that it is through the growth and development of herself, the teams with which she associates, and serving others that she will leave a legacy.
