Sydney Holmes, DO

Sydney is an Idaho native, born and raised in Meridian, ID.  She attended The College of Idaho on a soccer scholarship and was named an academic all American in her senior year. She graduated with a major in exercise science and minors in psychology, religion, and health science.

While at The College of Idaho she met the love of her life and together they pursued their desire to become physicians at Rocky Vista University in St. George, UT. Throughout medical school she found her love for family medicine and knew she would find her way back to the Treasure Valley to serve the community that raised her. She is grateful for the opportunity to return home with her husband and co-resident by her side to begin their careers as physicians together. When she can find free time, Sydney enjoys cooking foods from cuisines all over the world. She also enjoys being outside skiing, mountain biking, running, and golfing.
