Meredith Larsen, DO
Nampa ProgramClass of 2026
Dr. Meredith Larsen grew up in Puyallup (pronounced “pyoo-AWL-up”), Washington and attended the University of Washington in Bothell, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry in 2017. For the next two years, she worked as a scribe in Family Medicine and Pediatrics as part of a pilot program between ScribeAmerica and Kaiser Permanente in Tacoma, Washington. She moved to Idaho with her husband in 2019 to attend the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine and has since adopted the Treasure Valley as her new home. She was ecstatic to learn she would continue her training in Nampa and plans to practice in the area once finished with residency.
Her areas of interest within Family Medicine include women’s health, obstetrics, LGBTQ+ care, and osteopathic manipulative treatment. Beyond these focuses, she is also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion in medicine; community engagement; and supporting provider well-being. She embraces the osteopathic philosophy and strives to approach every health concern with the foundational belief that the mind, body, and spirit are equally important.
In addition to her love of medicine, she is also an avid enthusiast of dogs, playing the piano, Radiolab podcasts, the Planet Earth series, works from Brené Brown and Yung Pueblo, long bike rides, all things Zelda, and spending time with her husband—Chace—who never fails to turn any activity they take on together into a wonderful adventure.
