Kevin Mangum, DO
Class of 2020-2021
Kevin was born and raised in southern Utah with his three siblings. He received an Associate of Art degree in Accounting from Dixie State University, and then transferred to the University of Utah where he finished up his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He and his brother moved to Portland Oregon where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. They owned and operated their practices together before Kevin decided to attend medical school. He went to medical school at A.T. Still University – School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and then completed his family medicine residency at Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Family Medicine Program.
He loves spending time with his wife and four children. They enjoy hiking, camping, cycling, soccer and skiing. He is excited to be completing his fellowship in primary care sports medicine.
