Katie Bressler, MD

Katie is originally from Duluth, Minnesota, where she also completed her family medicine residency. Prior to medical school, she studied abroad in Ecuador, where she interned at a public maternity hospital. She completed medical school at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. In addition to obstetrics, Katie has a passion for rural family medicine, health equity, LGBTQ+ care (including transgender medicine), women’s health, and office-based procedures. 

In her free time, Katie loves exploring the Boise area and greater Idaho with her husband, Patrick, and their much-loved rescue dog, Rebel. Regular weekend activities include camping in the surrounding national forests, trail running, biking, paddle sports, and lounging in a hammock with a good book. 

After fellowship, Katie is excited practice in rural western Minnesota in the town of Fergus Falls, where she will be practicing family medicine with obstetrics.
