In celebration of 2020 Open Enrollment, Your Health Idaho is partnering up with us to bring you free health services and healthcare enrollment assistance.

Join us at Full Circle Health’s Raymond Clinic (777 N Raymond Street, Boise) on November 16th at 9:00 AM to take advantage of free health and wellness resources including;

• Blood Pressure Screenings
• Glucose Testing
• BMI Screenings

The Your Health Idaho team will also be on site answering any questions you may have about changing or enrolling in your 2020 health insurance plan.

Not only will you benefit from free health and wellness resources, but you will also have the chance to win free Idaho Steelheads tickets! Free swag items and activities for kids will also be available (i.e. Plinko game, coloring, stickers, and more!)
