I joined the Full Circle Health Board to be able to serve our community by improving their access to exceptional primary care services. Raised in rural Southeastern Idaho, at a young age I begin working on my Grandparent’s fifth generation potatoes and wheat farm. Growing up on the farm I developed my strong work ethic, love for the land, a desire to expand my knowledge by learning a new skill/trade or topic. I left the farm to pursue my passion and career in healthcare leadership, in my pursuit I earned a Master of Health Policy and Administration at Washington State University in Spokane, WA. I worked for St Luke’s by leading initiatives for the Women’s and Children’s service lines, serve as an examiner for the Malcom Baldrige Quality Award, and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives Belt. Previously in a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt role at Providence Health and Services/Swedish Medical Center-Issaquah I led the patient restraint program, various operating room improvement initiatives and trained clinicians in quality improvement frameworks.
