Full Circle Health Launches Groundbreaking Pediatrics Residency Program, Greatly Benefiting Children’s Healthcare in the Pacific Northwest
Boise, ID – Full Circle Health, a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate medical care, is thrilled to officially announce the launch of its pioneering Pediatrics Residency Program on July 3, 2023. This landmark initiative marks the first-ever pediatrics residency program in the entire state of Idaho and within a 1400-mile expanse of the northern US east of Seattle and Portland and west of Minnesota, ushering in a new era of healthcare excellence for children and families across the inland Northwest and Northern Rockies.
With a steadfast commitment to fostering the next generation of pediatricians and expanding pediatrician access to rural areas in our region, Full Circle Health’s Pediatrics Residency Program will play a vital role in addressing the shortage of pediatricians in this area and enhancing access to high-quality healthcare services for children in Idaho. This groundbreaking program will enable aspiring pediatricians to receive exceptional training and education, equipping them with the necessary skills to provide top-notch care to young patients.

The Pediatrics Residency Program at Full Circle Health will provide residents with a comprehensive and well-rounded curriculum encompassing diverse pediatric specialties, cutting-edge medical technologies, and innovative research opportunities. Under the guidance of seasoned faculty members and in collaboration with esteemed medical partners, residents will gain hands-on experience in a wide range of clinical settings, including primary care, specialty clinics, community outreach, and rural programs.
By nurturing the development of talented pediatricians through this residency program, Full Circle Health aims to bolster the healthcare infrastructure in Idaho and our region, creating a network of highly skilled professionals dedicated to serving children and families.
Full Circle Health welcomes its first class which consists of four (4) pediatric residents:
- Dr. Diana Green, from the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Dr. Nathan Hannay from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
- Dr. Sivani Kuruvada from the Apollo Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Hyderabad.
- Dr. Megan Marstaeller from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
